Agreement and operator
By downloading or using ClarusFi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. ClarusFi is developed and operated by Fanghao Zhang. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What ClarusFi provides
ClarusFi helps you organize personal financial records and generate educational, record-based explanations. It does not provide investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It cannot execute trades, move funds, guarantee returns, or replace a licensed professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of records you enter or import. Review imports, calculations, AI explanations, and generated drafts before relying on or saving them. Market, exchange rate, and AI information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Subscriptions and billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, privacy, security, quota, provider, legal, or budget reasons. Local record tools may remain available when remote services are restricted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse ClarusFi, interfere with its security or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
ClarusFi and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of records and content you provide.
Disclaimer and limitation
ClarusFi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and governing law
You may stop using ClarusFi at any time. Access may be suspended for material misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
